Industrial Truck Association 2008 Spring Meeting

ITA President Stan Simpson (Kalmar RT) has announced that Edwin G. Foulke, Jr., Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, will keynote the Spring Meeting at breakfast on Wednesday, April 9th. At the conclusion of the address, Foulke and Simpson will reaffirm the Alliance between the two organizations and sign the new contract which was approved last week by the Executive Committee of the Industrial Truck Association. The meeting itself begins on April 7th at The Madison Hotel, 1177 15th Street, NW in Washington, D.C. The cutoff to reserve a sleeping room is march 3rd; beyond that date you may not be able to secure a room at the headquarters hotel. You should call the hotel directly at 1-202-862-1600. Please be sure to mention that you are part of the ITA room block. Sleeping rooms are $239 per night, single or double.
