Black Sea Ports and Shipping is the biggest annual Container Ports and Terminal Operations trade event in the Black Sea region - now in its 3rd successful year!

The 3rd Black Sea Ports and Shipping 2014 will take place at the luxurious 5 star The Marmara Taksim Hotel, Istanbul, Turkey on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 September 2014.

The 3rd Black Sea Ports and Shipping 2014 will comprise both a world-class display consisting of 30 international business leaders responsible for global transport and logistics and will be attended by more than 300 senior executives from the world's leading ports, shippers, cargo owners, shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistics companies, terminal operators, railway operators and port-rail equipment services suppliers.

A concurrent two days display comprising 60 international booths will provide a valuable opportunity for companies to market products and services to the senior executive decision makers at this prestigious annual maritime transport event.

Fact of the week
In May 2023, a Belgian Malinois named Wilson played a key role in the rescue of four children lost in the Amazon jungle. The young children were missing for 40 days after a plane crash that killed their mother and other adults. Wilson tracked the children's footprints, leading the military to their location.
