Breakbulk Europe

Netherlands, Rotterdam - May 17-19, 2022
Breakbulk Europe Breakbulk Europe is moving to Rotterdam in 2022, and after a two-year break due to the pandemic, enthusiasm for the world's largest project cargo and breakbulk event has reached new heights with many of the biggest names in the business committed to exhibiting at our new venue Rotterdam Ahoy.

Breakbulk Europe has become the global gathering for the industry with more than 120 countries represented. Exhibitors and sponsors include cargo owners, ocean carriers, freight forwarders, ports/terminals, heavy haulers, equipment companies and more that are involved in this specialized industry. The parallel conferences will take place on two stages: the Main Stage and the Innovation Stage, complemented by an all-new Discovery Zone in Hall 1. The program is being driven by the Breakbulk Europe Advisory Board, an exceptional group of leaders from across the supply chain.

The 2022 event brings an unprecedented opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, new business partners and project cargo decision-makers. We look forward to seeing you in Rotterdam, 17-19 May 2022.

Fact of the week
The dot-com bubble, a period of large and rapid investments in internet-based companies, peaked in 2000 and saw the Nasdaq Composite index rise by 579%. Then the bubble imploded. As the value of tech stocks plummeted, cash-strapped internet start-ups became worthless and collapsed.
