Two new models of Yanmar four-cylinder diesel-powered Maximal rough-terrain forklifts will begin entering the North American marketplace in early December.
Anchorage-based All Terrain Truck and Equipment Inc (ATT&E Inc), trading as Maximal North America, distributes equipment from the Sino-American Zhejiang Maximal Forklift Co Ltd of Hangzhou, China.
The introductions are the FD25T-CWE3 model with lifting capacity of 5,500 lb. (2,475 kg) and the FD35T-CRE3 model at 7,700 lbs. (3,465 kg).
Each model offers a wide-view simplex or triplex mast, side-shift carriage, power shift transmission and differential lock. Other features include high ground clearance, a floating overhead guard, LED lights, backup alarm and amber strobe light. An enclosed cab with heat or air conditioning is optional.
