Thorough Examination Management Services Ltd (TEMS) is now live!

Thursday, 18 February 2021 ( #1013 )
After years of live testing Thorough Examination Management Services Ltd, or TEMS for short, is now live! Designed for both global manufacturers and individual service providers to complete Thorough Examinations in the most effective and efficient way. This cloud-based software offers an all-in-one solution that works on any platform, without the need for licenses or storage. Offering no up-front costs or contracts to sign and only paying per inspection, TEMS makes it easy to manage costs with 'pay-as-you-go'. The simple 'pay-as-you-go' service gives full and unlimited access to all the features within TEMS. Access reports, certificates, add unlimited users and administrators as well as uploading photos and creating unlimited customer portals. TEMS' intuitive design has been built with the Thorough Examination process in mind. Geoff Willis, founder, and Managing Director of TEMS, commented "TEMS has been designed with a clean and easy to navigate interface but has massive capability to manage every aspect of Thorough Examination from booking to completion." Built in line with the most up to date BITA guidelines, businesses can be legally compliant whilst keeping their staff, equipment, and customers safe, and operating costs down. TEMS has the advantage of an inbuilt booking system, which allows businesses to schedule, manage and email customers about upcoming inspections, all in one place. Alongside this, a calendar shows any upcoming inspections and the chance to route map. Reducing wasted time driving, fuel costs and businesses impact on the environment. All helping to improve efficiency. Along with completing inspections, there is the facility to attach images of faults or issues, and any repair reports, giving a comprehensive history of the equipment, all of which is completely searchable.
As warehouses and yards often don't have clean, dedicated inspection areas and to streamline the inspection process further, a mobile app has been developed allowing inspections to be completed easily on the move. The app allows users to also view and download any reports or certificates at any time via any android device. No signal, no worries. TEMS will send any completed reports as soon as a signal becomes available.
Managing Director and founder of TEMS, Geoff Willis, says: "TEMS has been more than 5 years in the making, and is a true labour of love in helping to bring Thorough Examinations into the digital age. Through years of live testing and continued development and investment we are now very happy with the TEMS software and feel now is the perfect time to launch." The current pandemic has forced many to work remotely and to reduce contact with others, TEMS fully cloud based system eliminates any need for paperwork or unnecessary contact, everything is accessible via your own secure online platform. Geoff continued, "With so many innovations being made in the material handling, logistics and lifting equipment markets, it makes sense that a system that supports safer equipment is right there with them, at the cutting edge. TEMS has been thoroughly tested with more than 80,000 inspections recorded already and over 3000 customers using it to access their documents. We've listened to our customers during its development and have created a complete solution for forklift and inspection businesses of all sizes. We are constantly developing the database adding new functionality to create the perfect system." Leicestershire based TEMS aims to make the end-to-end process of Thorough Examinations easy and clear to follow, promoting safety and legal compliance through its accessibility to all industries. With over 16 years of experience inspecting lifting equipment, they have designed everything with the end user in mind. Stay up to date on all the latest TEMS news on social media.
