The American Rental Association's big annual event will be held on 9-12 February in Orlando with exhibitors - including those with materials handling equipment - occupying 290,000 sqft. (25,778 sqm).
The Moline, Illinois-based association says its 2014 version of The Rental Show has a 10% increase in exhibitors from the 2013 event. For the second straight year, exhibit space was sold out.
Clark Material Handling Co of Lexington, Kentucky will display one of its GEN2 internal combustion pneumatic-tyre C25 forklifts in a special pink color scheme for the Raising Hope cancer research support program. Clark sold 42 of the special pink forklifts during the 2013 awareness campaign and, over seven years, has donated more than USD230,000 to the Susan G Komen Foundation.

Terex Corp's Genie unit in Redmond, Washington says it begins global production of three new 69 in. (1.8 m) bi-energy hybrid rough-terrain BE69 electric scissor lifts in February. The new models include many features of Genie's DC and RT scissor lift lines plus job-site versatility and electric rough-terrain performance.
Man Lift Manufacturing Co of Cudahy, Wisconsin will display its SHU platform attachment, a compact, vertical extension deck attachment for scissor lift platforms. The unit can replace existing extension decks and safely increases working height.
Manitou BF SA with its group brands Manitou, Gehl, Mustang, Edge and Loc in West Bend, Wisconsin will offer telehandlers, rough-terrain forklifts, truck-mounted forklifts and aerial work platforms.
