Clark Europe regional manager Johannes Menzel and Javier Niñerola (Ontieleva)Materials handling equipment dealer Ontieleva will take over the sales activity for Clark Europe in the Spanish province of Valencia.
Ontinyent-based Ontieleva, which employs 20 staff at two sites, is an official Mitsubushi dealer.
Clark Europe president and chief executive officer Rolf Eiten says: “In Ontieleva we have found an excellent partner with sound know-how in the field of materials handling vehicles for the province of Valencia.”
Ontieleva managing director Javier Niñerola says: “This partnership is an important step in our strategy to offer our customers comprehensive and high-quality solutions for their logistics processes."
Under the agreement, Ontieleva will offer all classes of Clark forklifts and warehouse technology vehicles, as well as Clark spare parts, accessories, servicing, rental and financing.
