The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is accepting entries for its "Measures of Success" marketing communications awards program.

Sponsored by AEM's Publications in Construction and Agriculture (PICA) group, the awards recognise the off-road equipment manufacturing industry's marketing communications efforts.

Entries are judged in two divisions, based on company sales revenue. There are categories for magazine ads, product literature, direct mail and press kits.

Agencies are invited to submit entries on behalf of their AEM member or member-eligible clients. Submitted materials must have appeared in 2007 or the fourth quarter of 2006.

Criteria used by the judging panel include overall effectiveness, achievement of stated objectives, message clarity, visual impact and production values.

Entries are due 4 November 2007. For entry forms and rules, go to www.aem.org or call +1-414-272-0943.

AEM is an international trade association for manufacturers of products used worldwide in the construction, agricultural, mining, forestry and utility sectors.

Telescopic handler and truck-mounted forklift manufacturers are eligible for AEM membership.
