Matrix Design Group, a supplier of safety and productivity technologies for use in the industrial sector and elsewhere, has appointed Keith Hainer as its president.

Prior to his current role at Matrix, Hainer served as president and CEO of Allegheny Metallurgical. In that role, he led the engineering, design, and construction of a coal mining complex in West Virginia.

Mark Watson, who formerly served as both president and CEO at Matrix, and continues as CEO, will help Hainer as he transitions to his new role as president.

Krishna Vanka

Flux Power - United States

Flux power, a developer of lithium-ion energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial equipment, has named Krishna Vanka as its CEO.

Bringing 18 years’ experience in renewable energy, EV transition, fleet management and telematics to his new role, Vanka was previously CEO of Fluence Digital.

“We are confident Krishna is the right person to lead Flux Power forward as it advances its initiatives to create exceptional value for our customers and shareholders,” says Dale Robinette, lead director of Flux Power.

Vanka replaces Ron Dutt, whose planned retirement as CEO was previously announced by Flux Power.
