There was plenty of optimism among materials handling suppliers at the recent Brisbane Truck Show. As Australasian readers will see in our special coverage, most importers commented on the strong interest in their products as sales generally continue to be buoyed by the construction boom in some regions.
Not only was plenty of display stock sold on the spot, but there were also firm orders placed and good contacts made for follow-up discussions as the expanding infrastructure workload creates increasing demand for equipment.
