No-one likes a price increase, but it's good to be warned beforehand.
So here's the warning: forklift tyre prices are rising again, with some of the major manufacturers set to slap a 5-8% increase on most models.
Tyre makers blame rising costs of raw materials for the move which will impact all markets.
Clearly, tyres are one of the most significant maintenance expenses for fleet owners, but the price rises have a wider impact, and no doubt will also affect the pricing of new machines and other sectors of the industry.
The cost increases can't be avoided, but they do provide some incentive for more careful driving. Owners will surely be encouraging their operators to drive "smoother and safer" to preserve tyre life. And that certainly won't hurt!

Words of support …

After advertising with Forkliftaction.com, we got many enquiries regarding interest to be our distributor. Mostly from Europe and USA but including a few in ASEAN. We feel that the advertisement was useful and good for market expansion.
