One of the attractions of online business is that it opens up a global market and allows for instant, real-time interaction.
But that 'always-on' characteristic also has downsides, especially when the technology fails.
To avoid the risk of unintended interruption as our audience continues to grow and places additional demands on our infrastructure, we will be going off air briefly for maintenance.
Our server will be offline on Monday, February 20 at UTC 1.0 am. We anticipate that the outage could last up to two hours and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
But we hope that this short interruption will ensure smooth sailing for some time to come.
