Snorkel showed off its rough-terrain models
Snorkel showed off its rough-terrain models at last week's World of Concrete 2020 show in Nevada.

The line-up of rough-terrain telehandlers included the SR5719 which was introduced at the show in 2018, and the SR9244 and SR1054 which were launched at World of Concrete 2019.

Introduced to the US market in 2019, the Snorkel S2755RT is an ultra-narrow, compact rough-terrain scissor lift that delivers excellent four-wheel drive performance, yet can fit between buildings and in confined spaces with ease.

Alongside its telehandlers and scissor lifts, Snorkel showed examples from its rough-terrain boom lift families, including the Snorkel 460SJ which can tackle gradients of up to 50% and features an oscillating axle as standard.

Snorkel also showed its AB60J articulated boom lift, featuring a single riser boom design and a 6 ft. (1.8 m) jib boom with a 75° working arc.

Snorkel shared its 9,500 sqft. (882 sqm) booth with sister company Xtreme Manufacturing.

It’s the year 2000. You’re in front of a boxy beige desktop waiting for the screeching ramblings of your dial-up to reach its finale. As clumsy as this early iteration seems now, this technology was the great enabler that allowed Forkliftaction to connect to the industry across the globe.

To everyone who has connected with Forkliftaction in the past 25 years, thank you for your contribution to our success! We feel deeply touched by your words of encouragement.
