To know the efficiency and the status of your batteries is critical for the performance of your forklift.
Leading manufacturer, PBM, has been providing
battery chargers, battery monitoring systems and battery testers since 1973. These devices represent the most reliable way to measure battery efficiency and to recover your battery.
80% of the batteries that break down and lose their capacity are sulphated, but these can be restored with the right equipment.
If your battery is maintained properly, it can easily continue for another 2-3 years.
The
BLT® discharger and the
HF9® universal multivoltage charger kit or the 'all in one'
CYCLER® ensures a quick regeneration and improve the life span of the batteries significantly.
There are a range of different load banks, multivoltage chargers and cyclers (useful for batteries from 2V to 500V) available.
Both the
BLT® and the
CYCLER® come with the
BLTVIEW®, a free of charge software that is useful for programming the work of our devices as well as downloading the data for the last 150 cycles, graphs of voltages and currents of the last cycles (2400 samples of graphic memory).

The
BLTVIEW® allows you to manage and explore the database of cycles performed, evaluating and printing out detailed reports with all information relating to charging and discharging of the battery, drawing up reports that show a graphic with the resulting capacity after each of the test cycles.
You can work for 100h automatically once you have programmed the device in a proper way.
The load bank is equipped with 5 different types of tests that you can program personally.
The presence of pre-programmed TESTs, TEST5h and TEST10h, makes BLT easy to use for testing lead acid, gel, NICd or lithium batteries.
Other available tests, like constant current or constant voltage, allow you to use the BLT
® as an active load in order to perform functional and stress testing of chargers.
