HANGCHA 1.5-3.5t X series diesel engine forklift with high-pressure common-rail technology features the following benefits: Low energy consumption, low exhaust, low noise, high performance, high reliability, easy maintenance. All the advantages are benefit by BOSCH's high-pressure common-rail technology that has been a mature technology in industrial vehicles.

High-pressure common-rail (HPCR) technology is a kind of fuel supply system, common-rail uses a high-pressure rail to deliver fuel to each solenoid valve in the closed-loop system composed of high-pressure fuel pump, pressure sensor and ECU. It can accurately control the fuel injection volume of each cylinder, improve the phenomenon of non-uniform fuel supply of each cylinder, thereby reducing the vibration and emission, and also optimise the comprehensive performance of the forklift truck.

Below you can find the improvements from the industrial test data:

X series can help customers improve work efficiency, reduce noise and vibration, the low failure rate and low fuel consumption also provide economic benefits.

Engine fault diagnosis is also applied to the trucks. Operators only need a data cable and tablet to read the information of the engine, and via that engineer can determine the fault and repair the engine, it can greatly improve the efficiency and save the labour cost.

By the way, HANGCHA also provides big capacity X series with high-pressure common-rail technology. HANGCHA always gives you the best choice for your business.
