 CLARK's new S-series |
CLARK Material Handling has introduced the new S-series forklifts, the latest advancement of its "heart of the line" family of internal combustion trucks.
The S-series is a "clean sheet" design initiative featuring collaboration among engineering, sales and marketing, and end-users across North America, Asia, Australia and Europe.
The range is the culmination of three years of global design input, prototyping and
rigorous field testing.
Produced in LPG, dual fuel and diesel configurations, the S-series platform is designed for use in all major global markets.
Intelligent design elements include interactive dash, interactive on-board diagnostics, engine/powertrain protection monitoring, a built-in service tool, and on-board reporting of operator-controlled functions.
The new models boast standard force-cooled wet disc brakes, fully welded heavy-gauge frames, nested I-beam uprights, six-roller carriages, external side-thrust rollers, and stamped steel hoods and side panels.
For safety, there is an automatically applied parking brake, speed limit control, increased visibility from the operator compartment, optional rear-view camera, operator restraint system including high-visibility orange seat belt, standard CLARK Operator Presence System (OPS) and a design that optimises the centre of gravity to maximise truck stability.

Like all new equipment products in the CLARK system, the S-series is supported in the PartsPRO Plus service support program; CLARK technical publications including operator, service and parts manuals; and through CLARK aftermarket parts.
