EP addressed this with a new more responsive steering design offering excellent manoeuvrability and lighter operation. With the addition of proportionate hydraulic controls on both the lifting and reach function, it allows for infinite control of the lift, lower and reach function. This alone gives more control to the operator, which makes the operation safer. The unit is designed with sealed AC motors, to provide a reduced maintenance time and cost, and increased battery operating time. This coupled with the very reliable Zapi controllers gives these units very low running costs.

As the Australian distributor for the EP Pedestrian range, Lencrow Materials Handling, imports the EP CQE15 Walkie Reach fitted with side shift which has the added advantage of giving the operator more control which reduces time and damage to product.
