The 7th Saudi Arabia International Transportation, Materials Handling, Warehousing & Logistics Exhibition & Conference - SAUDI TRANSTEC 2016 will take place from 5 - 7 December 2016 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Now in its 7th year and with the support of the Saudi Ministry of Transport, SAUDI TRANSTEC 2016, the three day Exhibition and Conference will bring together senior stakeholders from across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & GCC to address the major commercial, regulatory and technical issues facing the industry in the region today. Against a backdrop of record levels of investments amounting to an expected US$190 billion by 2020 and building upon seven years of successful shows SAUDI TRANSTEC this year will focus on attendee participation to critically explore the core challenges and opportunities facing the sector today.

DEVELOPING SAUDI ARABIA AS A CENTER OF LOGISTICS EXCELLENCE FOR THE MENA REGION

Strategically located as a MENA Hub, Saudi Arabia provides a supply chain nucleus that has taken huge steps in recent years to become a world leading centre of excellence - from heavy industry and oil and gas to the export of consumer goods KSA remains an attractive supply chain partner for the Gulf region. With this in mind KSA is fast becoming a key EMEA partner for global logistics companies - not only as a gateway for goods into the wider region but also as a sound commercial and technical investment opportunity.

With thousands of attendees SAUDI TRANSTEC 2016 will showcase the latest innovations in the logistics and transportation sectors - in short this is a must attend for those operating in KSA. With unparalleled access to senior stakeholders and potential new solution partners the Exhibition also provides the opportunity to consolidate existing partnerships.

We are also pleased to announce a number of new additions to the Conference programme including interactive panels, briefing sessions and interactive scenario based training. Our 2016 themes include:
  • Future Forecasts & Assessments - Saudi Arabian Logistics & Transport through to 2020
  • Driving supply chain competition and efficiencies beyond the GCC
  • Project infrastructure updates - Ports, Airports, Rail and Road
  • Ensuring and promoting best practice health and safety throughout the supply chain
  • Maximising Customs and Excise processes - boosting efficiency in a globally connected market
