Magni's range of telehandlers will be available in America

Italian telehandler manufacturer Magni will enter the US market this year.

The company already has one dealer in the country, Paramount Equipment LLC in Union, New Jerrsey, but it plans to establish a company office in Florida by March and is looking to sign up additional dealers across the United States, according to reports.

It is believed Magni will bring its full equipment range to the US. This includes traditional fixed-body and rotating telehandlers.

The company will be promoting its versatility "that improves productivity while reducing the number of machines, operators, spare parts, and maintenance needed in a fleet", according to a spokesman.

Last year, Magni entered the Australian market, following the appointment of the local JCB distributor to handle its product line.

Magni is distributed in Australia by Magni Telehandlers Australia, a trading name of JCB Construction Equipment. Besides its own branches, the distributor boasts a regional network of over 48 dealerships.

Details of the proposed Magni distribution network in the US have not been revealed.
