A forklift could be behind the theft of a 300-pound (136 kilograms) golf ball from a very teed off Des Moines couple last month.
Terry and Dennis Lydon said the Indiana limestone sculpture of a golf ball was stolen in late March. It was a birthday present from Dennis to Terry, according to a Des Moines Register report.
The sculpture was delivered with a forklift, so the couple said they didn't think about anyone stealing it.
"If we get it back, I think we may try to anchor it in some way," Mrs Lydon said.
