A couple of weeks ago, we noted the twists and turns in the Terex/Konecranes merger, after reports that the deal was still on track.
Well, what a difference a few weeks can make: the deal is now off, replaced by Konecranes' purchase of Terex's Material Handling and Port Solutions business.
And even that deal is not secure. It can be cancelled if Terex accepts an offer from China's Zoomlion.
It just gets more and more complicated ...
