The move to electrification continues, with reports this week of a UK distribution and logistics service provider investing in a fleet of low-emission electric forklifts.  

We also report on engine maker Volvo Penta’s collaboration with Italian heavy equipment manufacturer Fantuzzi to develop a range of electric forklifts.

The new e-forklift range is a radical departure from the decade-long relationship which has seen Fantuzzi equipment powered by Volvo Penta’s IC engines.
