Have you recently upgraded your email software to Office 2003? Some new programs now don't automatically download images in your email, and our newsletter might look strange because no banners or photos appear. Also, some hyperlinks may not work. In order to download the images in your favourite newsletter, right-click one of the boxes with a red cross and select 'Add sender to Safe Senders list'.
