CeMat SA, the most important intra-logistics event in South America, took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil on June 30th - July 3rd with approximately 25,000 visitors in attendance. CeMat SA brings together all segments of the material handling, logistics and intra-logistics industries in South America, paying particular attention to the latest innovations in each sector-an ideal audience for Cascade products. Cascade exhibited at CeMat SA, earnest about reinforcing existing partnerships, developing new relationships and displaying our most current releases.

This show was the perfect opportunity to remind customers, both new and old, that Cascade's presence in the South American market is solid and their commitment to providing material handling solutions is steadfast. Keith Miller, Cascade's Director of Sales for USA, Mexico and South America, says, "We aim to provide our standard high quality products and superior after sales service and become the foremost name in forks, attachments and accessories in the South American market."

Cascade featured the innovative and awarding winning TFC - Touch Force Control for the first time in the South American market. According to Cascade's South American Territory Manager Derik Riester, "Cascade's newest clamp force technology, TFC, was a big hit and many people were excited about the ease of use and its overall versatility."

TFC is a revolutionary new clamp force control system designed to improve load handling in warehousing operations. This easy-to-use system is driver friendly and eliminates the potential for drivers to use the incorrect pressure setting. This product is ideal for use with Cascade Carton Clamps, or in any application where regulating clamp force is required. Lift truck drivers no longer have to settle for just three pressure settings for all warehouse loads, nor do they have to rely on the memory or consult complicated charts to determine what pressure setting is needed. TFC results in perfect clamp force every time.

Also featured prominently, was Cascade's newest 10H Paper Roll Clamp. Designed specifically for small printers and convertors of fabric, packaging and specialty papers, this lightweight clamp maximizes capacity on walkie and stand-up trucks and is also ideal for handling tires on small lift trucks servicing the aircraft industry.

With locations in Brazil and around the world, Cascade continues to be able to provide application solutions, fast lead times and value added programs that make them the global leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of materials handling attachments, forks, accessories and related technologies.
