Lift truck attachment manufacturer Bolzoni Auramo consolidates its entry into the fork market. In the dedicated manufacturing plant of 2700 square meters in Casoni di Gariga, Piacenza, Italy, the forks are produced according to customer requirements and industry strictest standards. Thanks to the advanced fork production cycle and the high quality standard, this Bolzoni Italian production unit is now serving both the European and American markets. The implementation of a completely innovative approach using automation and modern heat treatment technologies has heightened the processing technology to a level never achieved in the production of forks. Some of the innovations incorporated in the production process are the hot bending in a closed die, the complete heat treatment for the entire length of the fork, the heel thickness increased for all sections, upper and lower hooks automated welding.
The forks are supplied for lift trucks and other material handling machines, as originally installed and as after-market supply.
