Bobcat announces dealer leadership groupsBobcat Company has identified its best performing dealerships across its various North American business divisions and chosen them to represent the whole Bobcat dealer network.
As members of Bobcat’s 2025 dealer leadership groups, the 55 dealerships involved in the scheme – which represent the materials handling, construction, grounds maintenance equipment, and portable power divisions – will meet with Bobcat senior leadership throughout the year to provide insights and feedback.
For example, the Materials Handling Dealer Leadership Group includes 17 members, all of whom ranked highly according to the company’s key performance metrics.
The scheme identifies a new group of top performers each year. In this way, the company says, it encourages dealers to benchmark their performance against peers and improve their overall performance over time.
“Our dealers are the face of the Bobcat brand at the local level across North America,” says Mike Ballweber, president of Doosan Bobcat North America.
“Each dealership is integral to our work across the Bobcat portfolio, bringing expertise and customer service to their loyal customers.”
