If you want to maximise the efficiency of your warehouse space, AXiA EX stand-in stackers can be the perfect choice.

Combining compact dimensions with a tight turning circle and excellent operator protection, they offer an affordable and flexible alternative. The fully protected position of the operator within the chassis enables easy manoeuvring even in narrow aisles. AXiA EX stand-in stackers come into their own from an aisle width of just 224 cm.

AXiA EX stackers are compact, so they manoeuvre and travel quickly through narrow aisles and other tight spaces. There is no stopping to fold a ride-on platform up and down, or to fold down sidebars before lifting.

The AXiA EX stand-in stackers optimize the use of your warehouse space efficiently. With an aisle width requirement of just 224 cm at its smallest, you can narrow the aisles and increase the racking height up to 7.0 meters. This allows for heavier weights to be stacked at each level, particularly if you opt for the foldable side stabilizer for additional residual capacity. Consequently, you achieve a significantly higher stock density.

The design of a warehouse with stand-in stackers saves up to 35% less space compared to pedestrian stackers and generally reduces the costs per pallet space by a third.

The small turning circle makes these AXiA EX stand-in stackers manoeuvrable and a highly productive handling aid, even in bumper-to-bumper traffic. The fully protected position of the driver within the chassis enables easy manoeuvring even in narrow aisles. By combining compact dimensions with a tight turning circle and excellent operator protection, they offer an affordable and flexible alternative to VNA solutions.

And standing is the most efficient position for an operator from a working point of view, easily allowing them to frequently step on and off throughout a shift. There is ample space to work while still offering excellent all-round protection while working, and by being entirely within the truck they are better protected against collisions.

I know I can count on them. They give valuable suggestions on the campaign planning, and to publish content is as easy as abc, as they take care of the material layout and check links. This is a great support.
