Midwest Industrial Equipment is growing, and we're looking for skilled and motivated technicians to join our team! You'll be introduced to the forklift and material handling industry, with training from experienced professionals. You'll learn everything from engine repair basics to advanced diagnostics and computer-controlled systems.

What You'll Do:
* Diagnose and repair forklifts and related industrial equipment.
* Deliver excellent customer service through strong communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
* Always prioritize safety - for yourself and others.
* Mentor and assist new technicians; work with leadership to identify development opportunities.
* Foster a culture of safety and positivity.

What You Bring:
* Knowledge of mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical, fuel, or charging systems is a plus.
* Must have your own tools (assistance with tool purchases is available).
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
* Open to both apprentice and journeyman level applicants - we'll find the right fit for your experience.

Working Conditions:
* Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Some overtime may be required.
* Steel-toed boots required.
* Hourly, non-exempt position.
