ZAPI H2 80/600 traction controller ,can not set vacc?

HI , i have a Zapi traction controller with a hall sensor in pedal, the problem is if i touch the pedal for driving the steering activated but controller give 4 flashes , i mean it is VACC NOT OKE. I have check with handset on tester the vacc and it give 0% to 100% very good. But the problem is i can not teach in the pedal min - max in the parameter settings?? What is the problem?

VACC NOT OK on the handset can also be caused by a faulty contactor or dirty contact tips

Hi.
If you have newest controller, procedure has been changed. You have to enable parameter setting before you have access to settings.
