while I sure don't want to ever suggest anyone extend past their own absolute comfort level in doing any repair on any equipment, (Victor_b) this is a walkie- stacker, not a man up (order/stock picker) truck.
That is not to say that a less than completely proper and safe repair would be acceptable, or that someone will not get hurt if the repair is less than 100% safe, just that at least there is not a person in the air.

Just a suggestion here sir, If your not sure how to change them (considering its a order picker) I would highly recommended a service call to a professional fork lift company. It would be like someone asking "Hey Ray"" I am not sure how many lug nuts are on your daugthers car,but I am sure it will be just fine with only 2"

and in my own humble opinion, I would not want to stake my reputation on the Crown walkie straddle reach stacker (at least the ones sold in North America over the years) being a "top of the class / state of the art" product that is moving the industry to be like them.
Of course, your mileage may vary.

when _I_ have this sort of question, I usually ask the parts department to get me a picture of the parts breakdown so I can see an "exploded" view.
when you say "stacker with reach" that is something that kind of throws me off, since a "stacker" may well be an "order picker" type of unit. are you referring to a straddle/reach truck, or is this some sort of customized/specialized unit?
If this is a walkie-reach straddle stacker, then you have roll pins holding the axle in, and it is a long pin that fits into both axles if it is a "tandem" wheel

OK!!!! HOW DO I GET THE AXLES FROM THESE WHEELS? DO I NEED TO TAP OUT ANY PINS OR ARE THERE SOME SET SCREWS UNDERNEATH THAT I CANNOT SEE?

You have to raise the lift using a forklift jack that will go under the battery compartment as close to the load wheel as possible. Only raise the lift high enough to get the load wheel off the floor. Then place blocks under the outriggers so there is no chance of it falling while changing the wheels. You should also block the drive tire so the lift will not roll.
