Yale reach code 345,316

Need help with a NR040EA ac drive, codes 345 and 316, what condition would these codes create, traction and steering shutdown?i believe its something to do with lift (high voltage)?

try to check the line contactor contacts, dirty conductivity down so that the current weak menggalir / check speed sensors, flow sensors

Most likely wrong battery voltage in the set-up.
