Discussion:
Yale Forklift reader screen replacement

Hello
We have a Yale forklift i believe its a model gl 35. The units display screen was no longer legible so we ordered a replacement from Yale for the exact model. We installed correctly and everything lights up but it won't start and the display screen has ????? Next to the hour glass. I can't seem to get past this point and i was wondering if there is a way past this or does this need programming. Yale did not mention this when we purchased the part. I hope this is enough information and i appreciate everyones time.

Turned out yale sold us the wrong display panel. We got the correct one and it was plug and play. Original issue still at hand with horn sounding for no apparent reason. Looks like we measured 11 volts on two wires and 0 on the third. I am thinking this is a short somewhere. I don't think there is a relay? Model gl 30

Thanks
