Yale FB50 electric forklift

Hi, we have a Yale FB30 series forklift here.
it have started making problem when switching on the key, display just beeps with message OFF OPERATOR. occationally it works the operator says.
we seem to have lost our operations manual and service manual. also on the internet, we have not been able to find any hint on how to troubleshoot this.

my first thought would be to check the seat switch and make sure it is closing when operator is on the seat. if it is not closing it may be causing that error when the key is turned on.
one of the most common problems dealing with operator errors is seat switch and park brake switch issues.
