Working on old Yale Forklift- need to identify

We have been using an old Yale forklift on the farm and it's time to give the old girl some TLC. Originally gas, but converted to LP.

The only identification I can find is the engine info: Chrysler Industrial Model 30-2508-1 Type 369711

I will try to upload some pics but the forklift looks like http://www.modularparts.com/COMPUTERS-/Laptops-/Yale-forklift-6-cyl-4000-lbs-192-lift-height.cfm
