Wiring in a light for on a Linde e16

Hi we have a 48V Linde E16 and need to wire in a 24V light. One of our service guys took a look and managed to find 24V, the only problem is that the new light works but we now have a warning light on the dash (at least we know where he found the 24V!).
Where does this model generate the 24V? As this would be idea for connecting the light we need to add?
Thank you in advance.

Simon.

Hi Semon,

There are 2 DC / DC converters in this truck :
- 48/24 VDC converter - 1U1: is the small rectangle box with the green LED locating in the rear site under the cover, this is only used for signal, control and power for sensor not for Lighting system.
- 48/12 VDC converter - 9U1 : for lighting system, I assume it locates in the front left side.

My email is bellow or in profile, please email me and let me know your details.

Regards

Hi Simon h,

Can I have more detail of your truck history e.g. serial No. (322,324,...), year, model E16 or E 16-02,...?
