Discussion:
Will not lift up

Help, have a Mitsubishi reach truck model #ESR23N S/N #7SR3614702 that will drive and all functions work but the mast will not lift up. You here the pump motor kick in but does not lift. Is there some sort of switch or valve that could be causing this??
Thanks for any help........Zack

The relief valves are on the main control valve. The lowering valve might be in a more convenient spot.

First time to work on one of these lifts. Is there any information on locations of these valves?

Hydraulic tank is full. Not sure where the pressure relief valve is located on this lift. I do have pressure gage i can install and check pressures.

I would make sure there is enough hyd oil then pull the pressure relief valve to see if it is damaged. If not you will need to hook up a pressure gauge.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
