White Smoke from manifold C120

I was hoping someone could assist...I have a 1975 Clark C120 that was dormant for the winter. After the first start recently I saw some white smoke coming from the manifold and carb area almost immediately and it would smoke for 5-6 minutes after only running for a couple minutes.... The oil is clean as a whistle and the antifreeze seems ok.....any ideas? I thought it might be a head gasket, but hoping it is something easier.

when you say " some white smoke coming from the manifold and carb area" are you saying the smoke was under the hood/seat? If so, most likely was just some dust or insects {maybe a mouse nest?} that gathered their while not running. does the truck run good now? with no further smoke?
