Pretty tough to diagnose without a fault displayed. Check to see that the start switch in the accelerator pedal is not closed before key on. Also check to see that one of the directional switches is closed before key on. These things will cause a no travel fault on start up. It may have a bad start switch in the accelerator control. A handset would be helpful to diagnose this problem.
I'm not sure which control system it has. The idiot lights display has the parking brake brake pad warning light and Manuel. You has a code 0399. if I knew the codes that might help a bunch. Maybe this information will help you help me I do appreciate your response and together maybe we can figure this out thank you, Snuffy.......
Does this have the EV100 control system? What is the display showing? You are not giving us much to go on. What have you checked so far?
