Transmission Fault

What Oil (Spec) goes in the transmission and how much?
The Customer has changed the Oil and put in AFT oil!
The truck will not Drive until it gets hot, is it due to the wrong oil or should I be looking elseware?

The transmission is a Graziano TXL 15 phone Graziano UK on 01480 403453 and they should be able to help.
