You can easily change the code with the BT / Toyota service key - you DON'T need the computer to change the pin code.

Plug the BT / Toyota can service key in & then simply press the green button on the keypad, the truck will start up as the can service key bypasses any pin codes programed.

Is it an LWE Orion or an LWE Levio?

What do you mean change the boot code?

What is it you are actually trying to change on the machine?

This is really a BT Rolatruc LWE 140 with Toyota stickers stuck on.
