Toyota CBTY4 tug/tow parts help

I am trying to locate a part for a customer of ours who has a Toyota Tug/tow CBTY4 I think the serial is 10339
The part, the are telling me is a 12.8 stroke gas spring and they are saying the part number is 100-221
I cannot find that part number. doesn anybody else have a diffrent part number

not a toy part # and i am pretty sure not a part of a cbty4. no spring shocks on those things. i'm not sure where you could put one, these units are very small. find out what it does on the truck and maybe i can help.
