Toyota 7FB* H1-2, H2-2, H3-2, 67-1

Hi,
I'm working on a three wheel Toyota three wheel Forklifttruck. The original plate is gone, there are two other plates, one says 7FBF20, the other 7FB20.

Anyway I have these errors: H1-2, H2-2, H3-2, 67-1. First three are for the three mini levers: short circuit. 67-1 is lift height switch.

When I go in the dashboard i read all three mini lever values are 5V. which is too high.
Whet I disconnect the potentiometers the error changes to H1-1 H2-1 H3-1. Potmeter open. Figures.

When I follow the fault finding diagram it says the mini lever is defective. But they are all three good. tested the wiring loom. also good.

thinking about the PCB is defective. Anyone knows this error?

Zero (or rest) position for the fingertiplever potmeter should read half of the potmeter value, wich results in a voltage increase or decrease when operating the levers.

Since they all give the error it could be that the voltage of your mini-fingertiplever is out of range, power comes form the CPU board, example; Lift lever on connector CN41 will give a plus on pin 7,minus on pin 5.

Since all your levers give the same result it could be that -as you thought- the power from the cpu board is abnormal.
