toyota 5fbc25 c0 code

I am working on this unit and have change one of the tsm003 transistors which tested bad. I tried the unit and it still gives the c0 code. The steering will go on and all the pump functions work. I don't have a sch or repair manual:( Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
