PHIL105 in order for anyone* to e-mail you, they would need you to add your e-mail to your profile. My suggestion (and what I have had to do in the last year) would be to bite the bullet and call your local Toyota dealer, and pay for a few service calls.
Please let us know if they actually bring the handset to access this truck in the first call, if you ask them to bring it when when you call.
*= should anyone have such information, I kinda doubt you will get much help from Toyota techs, Toyota seems to do a pretty thorough job of informing their dealers employees to not provide proprietary information to anyone.

THE REAL DEAL
14 means you turned the idle potentiometer up too high. turn the pot to the middle and try it. it's under the right step.

10 is an alternator signal problem same wire as indicator light. probably broken wire the yellow one. as for the 13 code it does not apply to LPG trucks. need more info on that unit. is it possibly 2 codes (10 and 3)? if so 10 is the alt signal and 3 is the switch in the accelerator sensor assy. do you have a book? post your email and someone will get you some literature

are you SURE this unit has electronic governor or just speed control. egc /ecs is usually only only on the 6k and 7k trucks 7FGCU(30-32)

13 is the coolant temp sensor but i have never seen one go bad so its probably wiring. the rough idle........unplug the throttle body while the engine is running, if it stays running adjust the lp regulator untill it runs best kill the engine and restart. if the problem is still present clean the throttle body throat. if the engine dies when you unplug the regulator try adjusting the reg leaner untill it idles when unplugged. if this can not be accomplished overhaul the regulator. if this is an idle surge problem clean the throttle body. let me know if none of this helps you. unless this is a twc equipped truck you cant adjust the reg unless the gov is unplugged and if it is twc equipped you need a handset
