Yale LP050VXEUSE:
hydraulics leaking down

Hello Everyone,
I have a Yale 5000# fork truck that recently the tilt cylinder began to leak fluid. The forklift service company that we use said that the cylinder needed rebuilt. They rebuilt both side and said it was fixed. However when the mast is tilted all the way back it only holds for a few minutes then begans to bleed down until the forks are pointed all the way down. So we had a different company look at it. They said that the other company only partially rebuilt the cylinders. Then he said that the " hydraulic control module" was probably bad and it was going to cost $4000 for the part, labor not included. My question is : before it was service by anyone the hydraulics worked fine even with it leaking fluid heavily. But after the cylinder were rebuilt is when it started to down. It will stay tilted back only if the tilt lever is pulled back at all times.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
