Hyster S155FT:
Kubota diesel fueling problem

I have a 2019 s155ft w the turbo diesel Kubota, operator ran it out of fuel. after bleeding off the air in the fuel system it ran fine for about an hour and then started smoking blue and black smoke, Had fuel in oil so i thought possible injector issue pulled and tested and had a faulty injector replaced all injectors and problem went away for two days and came back. Any ideas or directions i should lean towards

no, doesnt look to be a filter in the banjo, i work in a steel mill where there is a lot of dust and believe the fuel system has sucked up debris through the fuel system

is there a gauze filter in the banjo bolt on the fuel filter housing, theyse are prone for getting blocked and give a misfire/blue smoke problem?
