Still MX-X:
error 1804

mxx serial # 612301b year 2011
While teaching the main lift :
we start teaching the lowering the cab to lowest position it is Ok
but to teach the max height:
after the cab raised above the cab reference sensor an error appears 1804
we raise the cab to around 6 meters an error appears 314
below 6 meters it works normally
but above 6 meters we got 314 error
a new distance sensor replaced but we got the same error
kindly help

Description: - Comparison of the lift height determined from the incremental transducer value for
main lift between control processor and monitoring processor is different.
Response: - Driving speed reduction v = 2.5 km/h.
Possible cause: - Difference from incremental transducer value for the determined main lift height
between control processor and monitoring processor is too large.
- Incorrect incremental transducer signals from the main lift height measurement.
- Internal FZS error.
Remedy: - Reset the controller by switching the key switch off/on.
- Check the incremental transducer signals from the main lift height measurement at
XC2:35 and XC2:36.
- Re-reference the main lift function.
- Replace the FZS.
