Since the engine runs fine, either the LP is running out or electrical heats up quickly and shuts down. You probably have this fixed, but first thing to do on a problem like this is to change out tank. Then install spark test and see if you are loosing spark when engine shuts down. Make sure you are not loosing voltage at the shut off solenoid.
