Hey Chermike,
If the warning message " REDUCE DUTY-OPERATION "
is appeared on the display, check if the cooling fan is working.
The fan must be working when temperature of the control unit is more than 50°C.

Hi Sir Marc.
Good day, Same issues with my forklift
REDUCE DUTY-OPERATION
Error message in display. All functions not working.
Need help pls. Thank you
Hello Putut,
could it be that the error is RETRACT THE BATTERY?
If so it means that the battey case isn't completely inside.
Attempted to travel or to operate
the hydraulic while battery interlock
switch is on.
Regards
Marcb
