I worked on a T125D Cat last month with ser# 5MB01525. Could be a brother to yours. It had cast iron Cat engine and those weird front wheels with 5/8 12 point splined wheel nuts. Single front wheels. For the weight it carries, it is not a big truck. Does yours sound like that...

any way you can get some pictures of it posted somewhere , maybe even send to my email in my signature?
i have a cat parts and service client program but it doesn't recognise that serial which tells me this truck is older than the database in the program.
